The report contains all the statistics we in the renewables sector have come to rely on each year, beautifully presented as ever. But the comparison between power and the other sectors is the main point that REN21 draws out from all the detail, and it is a good one. We cannot expect electricity-as-a-fuel to be a cure-all.
